Help - 6x4 diesel gator won't start

I've got a gator, glow plug lights gone out and it won't start. I've replaced the glow plug relay and the ignition switch, still won't start. Turns over fine, but acts as though no fuel, with tank full.
Any ideas?

Is it getting fuel ?

It's too easy, but check the petcock, it could be off or clogged.

Checked the petcock - all OK, fuel is moving out of the bowl when cranking. Replaced fuel filter. Do these engines need to be primed after the bowl is removed? - Another fellow mentioned a fuel solenoid - would that be located on the block, near the injectors? Seems the fuel line leads to a device before being distributed to the cylinders.
Curious thing, after replacing the glow plug relay, still no glow plug light. Put a voltmeter on the glow plug, turn the key, no voltage reading at all. Seems like there must be another electrical component that will no allow the glow plug to operate?

I think they do need to be primed. Still doesn't answer weather you are getting fuel to the cylinders...

Hmmm Could it be a fuse?

If it's a diesel it definately needs to be primed. Theres a primer lever on the back of the engine about 1/3 up. Small lever 2 1/2'' long. Take off diesel fuel cap and continue to prime it till you hear fuel returning to tank. Good Luck

Primed it - stroked it maybe 150times. I pulled hoses off and verified that fuel was running when priming, to the point of the small 1/4" hose going to the first cylinder - I must be missing something as it still acts as though no fuel is going to the cylinders - does'nt even smoke when it cranks, won't even cough but rarely.

Good now we know for the most part the fuel deliver system is working. I wonder if bad injectors could do this ? Doesn't seem possible though really. Was it running just before this happened ? Or has it sat around awhile before this started happening ?
