Great to hear the good outcome. You have been a big help to all of us who have land and easements. There are many issues to think about when you own land and we often don't think of all the potential problems if one happens to get a quirky or irate neighbor.

IT'S ABOUT TIME!!

I am so glad this has finally been recognized, officially, as a frivolous suit. Hopefully your neighbors will realize that there is no way they are getting anything but more bills from the lawyer and the February hearing will not be required.

Mdbarb, you have been a real saint during all of this. I have often wondered how I would react and I don't think I could have lasted in a civil manner as long as you have. If you were closer, I would bring my best bottle of wine and celebrate with you on the grass knoll over looking the neighbors.
