Man, I think my deal with this land is convoluted, I cannot imagine dealing with all that you have been through.

Unfortunately I couldn't pay in $1 installments as the original judgement was accruing 10% interest! I ended up paying about 90,000 in interest during the appeal period.
OJ was smart to move to Florida as its one of the few states that do not let the equity in your home be subject to judgements.
Regarding karma and bad deeds in a past life - I hope it was at lest something exciting to make this all worth it. Perhaps I was Gengis Kahn?

We have a guy here at work that in the last few years has had the following happen:
- Mulitple heart attack/episodes.
- Open heart surgery.
- Got hurt in a car accident when he was broadsided.
- He "leaks" kidney stones at least a couple times a month.
- Just had a gall bladder attack where the pain was worse than any of the heart/kidney issues.
- Just dropped a keyboard tray on the side of his face. Looks like he was on the loosing side of a fight with a tiger.
- Last week his hip started to cause him pain.
