I have this weed growing and was wondering if anyone here could help identify it.

Looks like it is in the nightshade family by the flower and fruiting body, but not 100 percent sure.

Yes, it does look like a variety of nightshade.

Thank you for the replies I have 2 of these growing here one in some old manure I brought home this spring and another in some fill I brought home from an excavation in a front lawn.
