Help identifying pull type post pounder

Just picked up this beauty. Appears to be manufactured but can't find any info on the unit.
I can get more pictures of anything that might help.
Any help would be appreciated.

Got a few more shots, there are no name plates on the unit.
There is a welded number starting with a P### on the back side of the tower. I assume it was a unit number and the pounder was rented out at some point in the past. I can grab the number next time I'm out.

She does work, little slow but that can be remedied.
