I might be a bastard but I am not evil /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Michel didn’t call me up and scream at me and that goes a long way with me. He went above and beyond as a customer to fix the problem before we decided that it wasn’t going to work for him. I answer between 100 and 150 calls a day, it is nice to know that at least some of them are pleasant.
