Help! L245DT O/P Lift Arm Trouble!

Hello, I have a Kubota L245DT and the O/P Lift Arms won't lift the implement(Mower). Could I of over filled the transmission? Or is it because of when i took a 25 min. trip in it I forgot to lock the Lift Arms? Or could it be something else?

My 245DT will not lift something heavy such as a mower without reving up the engine above 2000 rpm, then it will lift anything. I use UTD in the transmission instead of 80 weight. Have you ever lifted this mower before and what's in the transmission and is it full? ric
