Good afternoon
I have a Romanian built long 445. I recently took the top cover off the injector pump to replace two O-rings. I put things back the way I thought they should go and now I cant seem to get the throttle up. I believe this an issue with the governor but other than that I am clueless on this one. any help would be great thanks.
