I prefer Kioti over LS, though Daedong Metal Co. does make some parts for them. I also really like the Kioti online community here on tractorbynet. Its much larger than the LS. But for many people this isn't a factor at all. I just personally find it a great piece of mind.

I can certainly see why someone would be on the fence here, and it depends on the circumstances. But if I had to vote, I would say haggle down to $5000 and get the 2610. That's only $3000 extra for a bigger tractor, factory equipped with your requirements, no waiting or hassle to get the 2510 modified, and a new 6 year warranty.

I agree with xcgreene. You'd be getting what you really want for $3200 more and the 6 year warranty. That price difference could be eaten up if, and I say if, you needed a major repair on your current tractor. Welding a QA adapting plate on your current bucket and adding the QA mount on the fel arms does move the bucket forward and reduce lift a little. Did this on my CK30hst and did notice a difference. If you could do your own welding for the QA and install your own remotes, that would save you some money but the new tractor does seem to fit your needs better. I haven't seen that many complaints here about the regen system on these newer tractors but you'd have a 6 year warranty to cover if a problem.

One thing I will say about welding on a plate on your current bucket. The way the factory 2510 bucket is, the plate would stick up above the bucket a few inches. I looked into doing that with mine at first. The adapter plates I saw, and I'm guessing this is standard for ssqa, were around 18" tall. The back of the factory bucket is only around 14-15" tall

I though it might stick up. that would probably get in the way of my BXpanded snow plow mount.

I'm hoping to still be able to use my ETA 54" box blade? The with of the 2610 w/ags is 55"??
Isn't the CK2610 rear tread width 51.3" + 11.2" tire = 62.5" track width? I could be wrong.

I wouldn't sweat the 1" too much. Especially considering the bow out of the tire sidewall itself, compared to the actual tread contact with the ground. The tractor width with Ags may be 55", but the tread contact to the ground may be 53"

see this photo to clarify my words.

in any case, its a great excuse to hang out around all the new tractors at the dealership:licking: tape measure in hand.
