Help me figure out this fuel system

Sorry for the delayed response, but we had a good stab at it last weekend and she's now running like a good'un. Thanks to all involved, it made a huge difference to de-mystify all the bits. We cleaned all the banjos and hooked up a fully charged battery and away she went.
