help me identify the year of this tiller

I was given this troybilt tiller. Can anyone tell me the year and what it might be worth ?

the latest one i have purchased, cost me $350: June of 2011: and i got one complete tiller that looks a lot better than the one you have here, and runs great: plus one that
looks a lot like the one you have here, same tires too: but with no motor, the running one has a kohler engine. we need the serial number to be able to guesstamate the year of your tiller.

The airfilterhousing would let me think late 60ｴearly to mid 70ｴ. Worth in that shape? Depends on the area. Throughout the US for less up to 100 $..but not a ct more.
