Help me identify

Please help me identify my ford, it was sold to me as a 1963. I'm not sure because the front end doesn't match others from that year I have seen. I want to know how it originally looked so I can semi restore it. As well I need to order the right service manuals so I want to make sure I have the right model. Thanks for the help.

I think it is a Ford 821 that has been repainted blue. Then engine was used in a 821 and the grill looks like an 821.
