Help me justify a new X530

I am considering an X530 but have a basic question my local dealer has not been able to answer. I currently have a GX325 with a 42" hydraulic tiller, 42" snowthrower, and 48" front blade with tilt. Are any or all of these accessories compatible with the X530? The tiller looks identical to the current model except for the linkage.

Very likely not compatible. But leave it to the dealer to show you that they are if they try to sell that idea to you.

Most model changes require new attachments, rarely do the old fit the new. That likely has to do with increasing sales which one can't blame them for having that in mind.

As in another thread, I would have loved to slide an old 54 deck under my X485 to replace the 54C deck that it came with. But wouldn't work.

How did you make out Joe? Did you buy the X530?
