Sounds like you are getting a very fair price. Very nice piece of property, I can't remember if you mentioned it but is it fairly flat or do you have some hills to deal with?

Most of it is flat, but I have my share of hills too. Nothing too extreme. Incidentally, there was one bad part of the BX deal - the tractor, loader, and deck were in decent shape (not pristine, but they ARE 10 years old), BUT the snowblower was a wreck - looks like somebody tried to suck a bowling ball though it. I ended up tearing it down so I can beat the mangled fan and auger back into shape best I can. I'm also going to change all the bearings and paint it, so it should be like close to new when I'm done.
