Mark, do you REALLY only wanna clamp that onto 1" or less? Read the specs on your link - even the 300 amp in that style (copper) only opens to 1-1/2" - I have a REAL Tweco (either 400 or 500 amp) on my old stick machine, it opens to just over 2" - and since I build a TON of stuff with 2" square tube and don't always leave an end open, that's MANDATORY for me.
For some of the smaller machines with their cheesy ground clamps I just went with the HF knockoff of the tweco clamps -
4 Amp Welding Ground Clamp
they will just barely clamp over 2" square tube, even though they only claim 1-1/2". I also bought a braided battery ground strap, about 14" long, and clamp THAT between the work and the clamp jaws (slight mod to one of Jody's tips and tricks, works GREAT)
Even the HF "tweco" beats the crap out of the cheesy things that get tacked on most welders these days, and they're only $14.
:2cents: Worth every bit of that ...Steve
