Thanks for all the advise, it's appreciated. Curently our plots are an acre or less and we will probably have a few smaller plots vs larger ones (but we have the land to do so). Most will be brush hogging. We might at some point move some stone as we have abandoned quaries. Keep the advice coming.

not shure how much winter work is in your future, but you might want to look at a cab model , they are very nice!

Best bet is to talk to other tractor owners in your area. Ask about the dealerships close by; service will be the key. Your best tractor should be from your closest dealer but not always. Lastly get a block heater, it will save you the no start heartache

I would really like to update my 7ft. Woods Finish Mower. I have one now that I paid $1,800 for 10 years ago. Now no matter which dealer you talk to the price is either $3,300 or $3,200 and they ain't budging an inch.
Thought I might look into another brand, maybe Bush Hog. I'd like to keep it in the $2,300 range.
