There is a good chance that the loader control valve needs to be rebuilt or replaced.

Before you spend the money on the loader valve, purchase the packing kits for both lift cylinders and tilt cylinders (Less than $300.00 a cylinder I think), piston and cap packing. Repack and see if it problem persist.

Then I would go to working on the valve.

The cylinders are easy to repack if you have the tools - spanner wrench primary tool needed. The best advice is get it to a dealer if you are not familiar with hydraulics.

Is type of repair tractor specific or is it more like a general hydraulic repair? I am asking because I don't live near a Kioti dealer, but there are several places in the Billings Yellow Pages that advertise hydraulic repair.

You will need to purchase the packing from a KIOTI Dealer or a Really Good Hydraulic Shop. PM or call me and I will price them for you.

Can you rebuild yourself? Sure can! General Hydraulic repair. It is like an Erector Set. Take apart in order and rebuild in opposite order - packing is easy. Probably 30-45 minutes for the first cylinder and 20 each for the others, half a day job for 4 cylinders.

I have a hard time believing that all 4 cylinders have gone bad at the same time especially at 270 hrs. I would look at the valve, but even before that check all you hydraulic connections and make sure they are secure. Again are you seeing any fluid anywhere?
Any tractor repair kind of place that works on hydraulics can most likely track down the issue.

Great point and possible, but we don't know how long the tractor has been sitting and packing does shrink and in this case if it did oil is leaking past piston internally in cylinders.

Now worst case scenario wall of cylinder barrel could be scored (causes leak by piston also) - but that is not a realistic with that few hours.
