help please

we my partner and I have just purchased a used Kubota l39 and did not recieve the owners manual with it, and can not seem to find the site glass for the hydraulic fluid we want to change all the fluids and filters before we put into service. not sure of the amounts of fluid it needs. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a L4330, which has a dipstick right in the middle behind the seat at the top of the 3pt lift arms. I don't know where it is on your L39, but maybe similar?

Come on folks, no one have an L39 or similar that can help out a new member?

Welcome to the forum. You bought a great little tractor and I am glad to help with your questions. To check the hydraulic fluid levels there is a dip stick located next to the filler hole. These are located on the rear of the tractor between the 3pt lift arms. If you have the backhoe attached there is a cover plate that lifts up to provide access.

Fluid capacities are as follows. Engine crankcase oil w/filter 6 qts.
Hydraulic fluid 11.4 gallons
Front axle case 6.9 qts.

Also note that the hydraulic system uses 2 filters and has 4 drain plugs.

J robyn and Mark V thanks for your help greatly appreciated. Our local kubota dealer was nice enough to help us out. And we got the fluids and filters changed. And on with the testing of the machine works wonderful very pleased, as I knew we would be. We are already Kubota owners 2 lawnmowers and an older l 3850 tlb all excellent pieces of equipment. Again thanks for your help.
