Help removing/replacing fan blade

I'm trying to remove and replace the fan blade on my DK45SE. I've removed the fan shroud but there simply isn't enough room between the fan and radiator to get to the 4 bolts. The only option I see is to remove/move the radiator forward. Is there a simple way to do that? Being I have a cab with A/C that adds to what looks like mass confusion for me. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated and I'd be much obliged.

I might add that I've purchased a shop manual and it contains nothing about the removal of the fan or radiator except "remove fan". No how to at all. Disappointed.

I got mine out without removing the rad. It is a very tight fit, but you can get your hands in there along with a socket wrench to remove the bolts. The fan will also clear the rad for removal but again it is all very tight.
This also might require some cussin....

I just replaced my fan on DK40SE HST (no cab) and I did take the radiator completely out .. was only a few more bolts.

It only took a little over 1.5 gallons of Anti-Freeze to refill with ~ 50/50 mix (actually closer to 60/40 favor to Antifreeze).. I figured the $30.00 in antifreeze was a cheep "piece of mind" investment ... My machine had about 115 hours on when I did it.

I vote for radiator out and coolant flush ... Also I took the FEL off for the repair as well made it MUCH easier to get at things.

I appreciate that Coww. I had already decided something was gonna have to give, so I moved the entire group (radiator/condenser/oil cooler with frame) forward. Without disconnecting the A/C lines, I was able to gain about 2" which was plenty. I'm glad I did it this way. It gave me the opportunity to remove the battery and clean the cables and tray as well as flush the radiator. It wasn't bad at all. I finished this morning and all seems to be working like new.

Old thread, but I am having this problem. How were you able to move the whole frame forward? I have rigid oil cooling lines running through the bottom of the frame, and I can't get it to budge 1/2" let alone 2". If I could get it to come forward 2", I think I could get to the fan. I even called my wife out to help me try to move the frame forward, and it looks like we would have to disconnect the oil lines, hence creating a HUGE mess. I am really a tractor/mechanical newbie, but the dealer told me I could do it...so now I have about 50 bolts out of the radiator/frame assembly, and am wondering how in the world I am ever going to get all the bolts back where they go. HELP! Thanks.
