When I was still living at home we used an H with a "loader" (manure scoop) to load round bales on truck. On one bale, the loader "swung" to the right a few inches and was just enough of a shift to make the tractor roll onto it's side. This was in a flat hayfield. We just used the truck (a 1/2 ton at that) with a bale in the back and a cable. Hooked it high on the wheel and gave a slow steady pull. Everything righted up. If you place your chain/cable up high somewhere it will come over with less force required than you might think. Might even be able to use a come-a-long with a chain or cable?

An H w/loader is probably similar in weight to your tractor.

Remember, you're not lifting the full #4000 Lbs, you're only rolling at most #2000 lbs.
I did the same thing with my little JD-770 with the loader and brush cutter on many moons ago. Mowed over the same dang area for years but decided to move over another foot and found a hole I'd never seen before. Not as bad of an incline as yours but close. Only my problem was I was on a slope and tipped onto a flatter area and when I tipped it back up I was still on the slope.

I had no problem rolling it back up with my bronco and a strap. I lucked out as it was only on it's side for a couple of hours so while I was thinking what to do after I got it up the oil had time to drain back and I just started it back up and was able to maneuver just enough for flat ground with the strap still on just in case.

Years later the neighbors contractor when he built his house tipped his mini excavator over and asked me if I could pull it out but I told him my tractor was too light and just use his truck and a strap to tip it back up and it worked great.

I'm pretty sure that i could get that tractor back on its wheels and deal with it afterwards.

BUT

I WOULD HIRE A WRECKER!

I was tired and in a hurry but Stupidity was the root cause.
It's steep slope going into the bottoms. Varies between 25% and 35%. I was blading the road because it had some deep washes. I was blading uphill and realized I neglected to put it in range one. Got to a water bar where it was a bit leveler and switched to range one. Instead of continuing up the hill I decided to back blade a spot ( super stupid). Don't have mirrors so was twisted in the seat. Backed off the water bar and she started free wheeling. Must have jumped into neutral ( my fault not the tractors). My brakes aren't the best so something had to give. No way I would have survived the stop if I continued the ride down the hill. I tried a controlled turn and she rolled over. I was very lucky. Not sure if I jammed the loader down to see if that would slow me down or not. The box blade was not set to back cut so it just bounced. Ive used tractors since I was a kid, 60+ now. So many errors and I call myself careful.
Did you have the seat belt on?

The safety protocol for tractors with ROPS extended is to always use a seat-belt; but if you'd had a seat-belt on you wouldn't be here.
An aside; my nephew laid his MF 231 on its side. He got it upright and started it, then drove it home. However that was one afternoon, not overnight.
How do you know he didn't have the seatbelt on?

Why would he not have survived?

Pull down through the rear wheel . That's your high point to low point. As mentioned, a come al9ng should pull her back on her feet.
I was going to say, strap the rear wheel, not the ROPS. If you do the ROPS you can over-pull, but it's much harder to do that with the rear wheel. Also stops the tractor from rolling forward once it's back with the rubber side down.

Any updates on the condition of the tractor now that it's upright? Was there much movement of fluids to places where it shouldn't be? Does it bar over?
