Hard to beat a big Howard tiller on a big tractor.
I rototilled stumps--by accident--and even moved my 400 ft driveway by rototilling the rock base , scooping it up with a loader and moving it 50 ft away.
Wife thought I was nuts but it worked perfect.
I now have a smaller--6 ft Mashio--tiller that seems pretty rugged as well.
