Have 71 planter. Totally reconditioned and painted, just beautiful. Going to plant some pole beans, and a bunch of sweetcorn this year. Bought two different varieties of supersweet hybrid corn. Now the problem. How closely does on have to size the planter plates? I am looking through the plate cell size charts, and don't really find the sizes my seed measures. It would be nice to have the seed bagger's recommendation for plate selection, but I do not have that for the corn or the pole beans I want to raise. How do you typically do this plate selection? Thanks!!!
