Sprayer help sprayer not working want to use now of course!

HELP I have a mantis sprayer that is rechargeable with a flo jet 2135-571 pump on it. I spot spray my pastures with 24d with it. It starts out great but then after about 10 minutes the motor peters out. Is my recharger not recharging my batteries? The darn flo jet motor is so expensive I hate to replace it (about $235)

if I don't have to. I put new rechargeable batteries in it this year so I don't think that is the problem. Any suggestions

Have you tried talking to the manufacturer? I've had good success with some manufacturers, but have never dealt with Mantis. I see it's no longer made, and there are a number of posts on various sites with similar problems, so that might be a clue.

check water level in batteries, try another charger, try another battery. check your "pre filter screen" if there is no filter, then pump could be clogged up with gunk, and/or hose and nozzles plugged up. electrical switch for on/off pressure might be going bad, bearings might be going out on pump.

tear it a apart and start checking this or that, and cleaning stuff as you go.
