Help! Tractor/Loader/Backhoe Suggestions Needed

Kubota's problem was with the cylinders on the T&T an outside vendor was producing for them and at the same time they were not happy with the quality of the cylinders. They have found a new vendor, but they are estimating 3 to 4 months before they receive the product, it has to go through engineer, legal, production, shipping and all of that.

I have always read here the mantra: Kubota produces everything used on Kubota branded equipment.

There are intermittent use cylinders and industrial cylinders. Industrial cylinders are bored and/or honed with all fittings installed. In operation, less friction, less heat and greater reliability/longevity. Significantly higher production cost to bore and/or hone with fittings installed.

I hope your problems, save inevitable shakedown problems during the first 100 hours, are resolved.

Last December when I decided to buy a new backhoe, there were NO L39's or M45's anywhere in the southeast. All were sold as soon as they arrived at the Dealer. So, I bought the only B26 in this part of the world. Ain't it funny how God can work things out? it turned out to be exactly what I need after all. Hope all goes well with your new tractor!

Harley,
Good to hear you have the problem worked out and it is not an actual issue with the backhoe. You will be amazed what you can do with it. Hope you included all the options.

Sure you will love it. I miss my M59. It was a handy size and very capable. I have a full size backhoe now and I must admit I enjoy the cab and it will sling dirt faster but it is not near as handy for little chores like the m59 was. I used the 59 for all types of things almost on a daily basis but I find myself only using the 310SJ when I need to do actual backhoe work. It is just too big and clumsy for many things.

I move my 110 around town all the time and am glad I bought one easy to trailer. The same thing would apply to the M59 or M62. A Laurin cab with hvac is a good addition to any of these. Not as quiet as a factory cab though.

There are times I need a full size hoe but you can't have everything.
