Hello,
I have an file that a customer sent to me via email that
contains pictures I need to forward to a manufacturer. The file has a .pub extension, and I am unable to open them, to
access the photos. I sent the file to a coworker that supposedly has MS Publisher, but he said it gave him
a version error.
Is there anybody out there that can extract these photos from the .pub file if I were to email it?
Thanks for any help.

I have Publisher 2002, if that will help. Send it to me ( billg49 at gmail.com ) and I'll see if I can open it.

You might ask your customer to print the document as a .pdf file - it's a smaller file and pretty universal. Anyone can go to pdf995 and get it for free. It downloads and installs a phantom printer that will create .pdf files on the fly. One of my favorite freeware programs.

I believe I have the latest version of Publisher
2003 and will be happy to help you. Jsut PM me.
I know when I send 2003 Publisher files if the receiving person doesn't have 2003 it doesn't work.
