HELP very frustrated with 60"mmm

I have a low hour(17 hrs) cub cadet 7254 tractor with a model #291 60" mower deck. The mower deck has broken two(2) idler pulley tension springs and constantly throws the belt off the deck. I cannot even get 10 minutes of mowing in before either the belt throws or it breaks the spring. Is there an engineered solution for this as my research show that this is a prevalent issue. Some mention was made of a upgrade to the belt tension system via the addition of a 2nd idler pulley. What are the part numbers for the kit ? Where can I obtain this kit ? Is it available for my mower deck? If not what would be a solution to my issues.

There's a gotta be something wrong with another component in the system; A sheave or spindle with bad bearings, severely bent pulley, one pulley/sheave out of plane with the others. I'd eyeball everything, check for plane with a straight edge the best you can and give everything a spin by hand with the belt off to check how well they roll. It a start anyway!

unfortunately no warranty. Tractor was used and is several years old.
