HELP!!! Where do I start?

   / HELP!!! Where do I start? #11
I would start by walking around and picking up some of the larger sticks and cut off roots. They can get stuck in bad places. As far as leveling it out. That ground looks prettysoft. I would try and use a box blade and maybe a rake. Set the blade and just start driving around. The tractor tires will break up some of those clumps the rest will break up as you blade them. I good heavy rain also helps.

Hire someone who has, or rent one yourself, a harley rake. What it is is a reel, about 4 " in diameter, with teeth about as big as your thumb, made out of tungsten carbide. When this reel rotates, it knocks debris forward or backward, depending on the direction you are travelling. I use one on my Asv Rc30, the smooth finish grade it leaves is unbelievable. What doesn't get buried can be pushed to the edges, for removal, or just shoved into the wood edges. These rakes are available as 3 point hitch models or for skidloader attachment. Well worth the rental fee, my 4' model could do your whole project in about a day, if your pictures are true representations.
