Next time you buy wiper blades read the directions when you take it out of the package.
If you don't want to read them then have the auto parts store install them. Most will do it for FREE.
I recently bought new wiper blades for my 04 dump truck. I took them out of the pack and thought they were the wrong ones. I couldn't get them to fit. As a last resort I grabbed the instructions out of the garbage can and found they have a release button (clip) that lifted up then the blade was able to go into the loop and fasten. Wiper companies are always changing the way they mount. Next time I'll have the part place install them. They do it every day.
