Does anyone know if there are rear mounting brackets for the 7108 loader that will fit a 1710? I obviously didn't research enough before purchasing this loader. It was on a 1720 someone was parting out. The front bracket bolted up okay but the two rear brackets & shift tree are different bolt pattern and left side has a big problem with the steering arm in the way. The loader made for it is 770A or B and has one big bracket that goes underneath to each side. I haven't been able to find one. I've scoured the internet and found a pic of a bracket that's on a 1710 and looks like it will work but don't know where to find it. Looks like it was a Woods or Allied loader. See attached pic.

Ford never made brackets to fit a 7108 to a 1710. It's a safe bet that nobody else did either. You are on your own to make it fit, pay someone else to make it fit, or sell the 7108 and start over.

I inherited a 83 1710 Ford that came with a Bush Hog brand 2240 QT fel ,quick attachment, wasn't to bad of a set up,tractor was too light to really dig well but got the job done. Was easy to take off /put on. 3000 + hrs on tractor, traded in 2015 for new Kubota L 3901 HST and never looked back. FEL worked good but low flow rate made FEL slow and weak, can't imagine a Ford FEL would work any better. Good luck on all your projects

I've always made brackets. It isn't that hard to do. First time was an allied loader. Ain't skipped a beat since.
