Help with unloading

I've used my BH and now my mini ex many of times to unload trailer and truck. Key words BE VERY CAREFULL, it may not be the best solution, but it can be done, and is a lot easier on the back. Only You know what your capable of doing with your machines.

I'm not sure if a CK30 is hefty enough, but my DK45S could be attached to the front tow hooks on the truck and make the whole thing a dump truck! Or, maybe you want to consider the Loadhandler option instead.

I have the Loadhandler from way back when it first came out. Now what
I do is similar to what you describe: I have a tandem trailer with smooth
steel deck and I use my CK30 to lift the tongue for my version of a dump
trailer. I made my tailer hitch attachment for my pallet forks extra beefy
to handle the load and my trailer has a fairly short rear overhang. I don't
get the lift of a real dump trailer, but it does work.

If it is a one time deal; sweat.
If it is a regular thing either get a dump body put on or a flat with removable sides (cheaper and usually over 7ft wide).

A bh in the truck bed is asking for trouble. It doesn't take much to bend sheet metal. As Highbeam said, shovel time or a new trailer.

Just replace the Pick up bed with a hyd lift flat bed.

Seriously - get the LoadHandler if you don't want to spend the bucks for a dump trailer. Best $150 you can spend. It really does work as advertised

I don't rave about many products - but this one does the trick. I got the 3000# version, and have used it for heavy loads of gravel, bank run, topsoil, fill, mulch, etc. Only headache is cleaning around the wheel wells

I also have load handler, works really well, I have the 2000lb version and the material tears up some with crushed stone, I'll get the heavier duty version next time but man does it save time.

Cleaning around wheel wells is a hastle though.

I'd love a dump trailer but big money for something I'd seldom use.
