If you have any paper mills around, you may be able to get the waste slurry. It's just mushy paper, but it's all organic and usually dirt cheap. Then till it in and fertilizer (it will suck up all your fertility). Takes a year or so to break down, but it will help thicken up sandy soils like we have and will help to loosen up heavy clay like you have.

It does smell, so it does need to be tilled in.

How much hp do you have in your tractor. Regardless, it did a fine job with that plow.!!:thumbsup:

Thanks. As Clemsonfor found it is 27 HP. That little tractor keeps doing everything I ask of it. This was the first time I tried using the plow and I was quite impressed. It bogged down a few times but it got the job done.
