hi eagle58 new to this site but have an international 88 when it gets hot there are no brakes gets rather hairy without any has anybody got any ideas out there as i would be grateful for any information how to fix

Check your breaks and see if one of the seals are leaking onto the brakes. If so the only thing you can go is replace the seals. Also check your tranny fluid and make sure it's not to full.
