Hey, Thomas, Scotty... I've got 34 this AM up on the hill, but I'm going to take a bike in to work today (the ol' 360); guess I'll dress WARM for the inevitable 7-12 degree drop as I head down the hill! Should be fine on the way home, however!

Yea is it was at 34 here this morning..........no fire in the woodstove though.

Keep and extra look out by Mink Brook Farm for cow moose...by the looks she's mom to be.

Seems mother nature will give us taste of summer about Thursday & Friday Scotty,and that should bring out the blackflies cousins.

This morning only 1/2 degree warmer than yesterday morning. A brisk 31.2 degrees and frost everywhere. Gotta agree with escavader, I'll transplant starting tomorrow more than likely. Supposed to warm up into the 80's for the end of the week, that'll friendly up the soil a little bit

Thursday we had an inch of snow and we were forcast for 2 inches this morning. We seem to have just missed it though. We still have a couple of night time lows right about freezing forcast for the week to come. The leaves are just starting to come out and I have a garage FULL of my wifes plants that she hasn't been able to get in the ground. And forget the garden as we haven't even tilled that yet. Normally we wouldn't put in a garden till around now anyway. We are a good 2-3 weeks behind in our seasons here. It's not unheard of to get this kind of weather here but it sure isn't common either.

We had frost here this morning........ wifey's car was covered with it.
I guess I'm glad we covered all the flowers and vegetables last night. I didn't believe we'd get frost this late........ but I'm a believer now!

Got up this morning 32.7 F was expecting to lose all that I planted so far everything looks fine in garden had frost on truck windshield 80 ft away from garden.
