Chris,
I am right near county line road in the north east corner of Perinton. Just off of Furman Rd. on Furman Hts. How long have you been in your house? I built mine in 89'. I also have an Antique shop in Victor, right on main st. Its the big yellow victorain house, you can't miss it if you go down 96. Stop in and say hello sometime.

Chris,
I was the builder of ours, and ours is 4 bedrooms and 2600Sq ft. Also on a private drive with 13 homes all with 5ac. or more. We saw the house from the plans and liked it, and then they were building the house next to my parents house so we went thru it and hated it. It was too small and didn't like somethings on it. So we kept looking, but still liked the outside on this one the best. We door knocked the owners and asked if we could see it again. (They had been in less than a week) They must of thought we were nuts as we talked about moving this wall here, and changing the floor, raising the ceiling. We than went back to the architect and my wife had a drawing of the out side and we said make it all fit. Inside is basic layout just bigger, and more of an open floorplan. There are I few things I would change if I was doing it again, but they are very minor. Yours is the 5th home in the area that I know of that have this layout.
