It's all coastal. It is about 30'' to 36'' tall and surrounded by trees.

Doesn't sound like coastal if it's that tall. I've never seen coastal support itself to 3 feet or even close(3' counter top height, pretty tall!!). Which is a problem with coastal because it'll lay over and is harder to cut cleanly. Now Bahai Grass will stand up, are there Y shaped seed leafs sticking up?

IF the weeds are not in it just cut it low.
