Hey Mohammed and First Choice

Todd:

Actually only managed 8 hrs, here at the property. And another 8 hrs, for other people.

Oh for the want of a canopy, this weekend. I've turned brown enough that I'm starting to blend in with the dirt. After thirty years in Alaska, I start to melt after 65 degrees.

Russ,

A nice 75 degrees is perfect for me. That was about the temperature last night while I was out brush hogging in the dark. The lights on my 855 leave something to be desired when the loader is on (which for me is always). I just couldn't see those rocks. I cleared off about an acre of very young alders. Man those things grow fast. I guess I should get some work done today. Talk to you later Russ.

<font color=blue>"Maybe it's just me but this does'nt sound like a good deal for the consumer (us). No offence Mohammed, but it's my understanding that anyone can call First Choice, order equipment and have it shipped. "</font color=blue>

Gus,

When you call First Choice and get the item shipped to you, I don't expect that you get dealer or distributor price. I was kinda hoping that with TBN as a dealer/distributor, Mohammed would be able to make a profit and provide us with a discount. A win for First Choice (more market penetration), a win for TBN (profit) and a win for us (discount on quality products). Win Win Win! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I know personally, I am planning on buying a tiller, box blade, rake and maybe one or two other attachements in the next year or two.

Good plan, I thought it must have been something like that.
I plan on a tiller and back blade, hopefully soon.

I'm in the market for a tiller, a rear blade and possibly a rake. I'd love to take advantage of distributor pricing.

Wouldn't we all, Dave?... Wouldn't we all??? /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I'd bet that with First Choice, we are already beating some of the other manufacturers distributor pricing anyway.

Russ, I never thought of it that way but you could well be right. I've described First Choice as Woods/Landpride/Brush Hog quality or better at nearly a King Kutter price.

Add my name to the list. I'll buy a tiller.

As another alternative--how about a "group puchase" offering special prices to members on select pieces if a certain minimum number of orders is met? This is done in a home theater forum that I read. Of course they are not so picky about colors as we are;-) Mike S.
