hi guys im new here but i remember seeing a small hay baler when i was little does any one have info on building one i have cows and rabbits that would love the grass and clover of my yard in the winter:confused2::thumbsup:

How big is the yard?

Do some Googling and you will find some haying equipment manufacturers for small tractors.

I have a mini round balers its a Takakita RB 450. It came from a grey market dealer. Im about to bale my yard, got wooly after a few 65 hour weeks. Im cuttin with an old field mower with a Hayside. I have about 4 acres in small plots to mow and rake later.

I had an old friend that made loose hay for his goat herd. He cut dried and raked his grass with old equipment and used part of his dead quare baler the pickup head mounted to a wagon. It leat him gather several yards of hay he put up loose for his animals.
