Did not mention mi naibor is a farmer wen he cleans is driveway he does mine with 100+hp monster does not charge me much.
I can go and borough a tractor wen i need it he has many.
Hate to borough had to in the past.

I am a satisfied Kubota BX25 owner. 1000 hrs in 3 years. I have a slew of implements and they all have their purpose. A good dealer will assist you on attachments if they know your requirements. They come with a FEL and BH. Once you have a BH you will wonder what you would do w/o it. For $25K or less you can have the tractor and all the implements you need to start. In your case the I would use a brush hog rather than a MMM. MMM are best for large expanses of fine lawn.

All major manufacturers have $0 down 0% interest 4-5 years to pay. Save your cash for other things.

Thanks Ron, i have been weaing the pros and cons of a BH you probably have changed mi mind i think i will get one.
More money but nicer toy.
