I bought a Ford 1220 with FEL and backhoe about 8 years ago.
I gave around $10.000 for it. It has really served me well. The backhoe hasn't got a great deal of work but the FEL sure has.

I'd be surprised if I couldn't get close to my purchase price back today!

The boxblade and tiller have been my main workhorses on the three point.

I got my TC30 about 3 months ago with a FEL, box blade and a rake (and top & tilt and weighted tires - made my own cup holder). I'm going to eventually need a BH as the stumps of the many trees on my little lot are too big to dig out much of any other way (I'm getting too old to swing the mattock much).
