Hickcic05, are you o.k.?

I was watching Nightline last night about the VT shootings and it hit me that there was a Young lady (Hickchic05) on this forum looking to find a college a couple of years ago. She picked Virginia Tech as her college. I was wondering if she was o.k.. or if anyone has heard from her lately.

I don't know her personally but I feel as if we are somewhat of a family here with the way we communicate and all. I hope that she is o.k.

Yes, it was really weird. I was there watching the tube and then Bam!! I remember this kid looking for a college and went to V.T.
I was just wondering if anybody knows her or hears from her from time to time. She seemed like a decent girl and sort of reminded me of my neice. That's probably how the memory thing kicked in. My neice is going to Northwestern though.

Truth is I don't even know her. I just remembered her postings about V.T. and in light of recent activity I was concerned for a forum member.
I read a lot on this site but don't post much these days but I feel like I know most of you guys and gals.

I am ok! Thanks for your concern. I haven't been on this site in a long time, but heard people were concerned so I posted my thoughts in the Virginia Tech shooting discussion. I just realized today there was one concerning me. For those of you who haven't seen the other..I am ok, I am still at VT. Finished school though about to go back home to MD. It's been rough, but I'm fine.
