Hmmm...water heater leaking?

We had a hot water heater fail. It dumped a lot of water before we woke up and walked in to the wet hallway. That was not a big deal. It was on the other side of the wall though, in my office. The waterheater, washer, and dryer sit in an alcove outside my office. water seeped under the wall and soaked the carpeting, got furniture wet ect.

When I replaced the water heater, I put a catch pan under it, with a drain line plumbed outside. If anything happens in the future, this should at least catch and drain away some of the water... I believe it's current code out here anyways...
