Hmmm, which LG tractor to buy...

OK so I open the table as much as possible to ask for recommendations for a lawn and garden tractor to do the following.
Mow .5-.7 acre finished lawn
Till rake harrow etc the garden 40 X 100
General yard cleanup on 1.25 acre (tow garden cart with plants, tools etc)

Further I need to keep the cost including accessories (MMM, tiller, dozer blade) reasonable.
Any ideas would be appreciated,

If I were in that market, I'd be looking at diesel, like a Deere 455 or a Kubota, used would be just fine... I love the easy maintenence and fuel economy.

Because the lawn portion is not that big, and the garden is not that big, the most cost effective move would be to buy any cheap lawn tractor that you like, and buy a used Troy Built tiller for the garden. Trying to buy a tractor that has tiller capabilities will run you big bucks, and you will end up with a large machine mowing a small lawn.
