Hobart Handler 125 EZ

Looks like it uses an H9B MIG gun. Not sure if it's a the same as a Miller M10 or M100 but they're all very similar. Should show in the manual how it comes apart or you could probably find it on the internet with a little checking. I think there might be a set screw that holds it in on the plug that goes into the welder. Loosen the set screw and with your gun laid out in a straight line pull it out from the machine end(not the tip end). Take the nozzle off and diffuser holding the contact tip off. When the liner goes back in it has to fit inside the diffuser. It's easier to put the liner in first and then screw the diffuser back on.

Just to add, you will probably have to trim the liner to length. It should fit up to the diffuser but not so tight the diffuser is hard to thread on. Cut it with a good pair of side cutters.

If it been 3 years- I'd replace the liner as it probably rusted already. I bought a few replacements liners on ebay for my 125 ez.
