The cord is 6' and I don't know about holes. ?? I use an extension cord on mine and just roll it around where I need it.

Thanks for the info. 6 feet? I'll probably have to make an extension cord or just order one.

I've had my HH190 for over a week now. During that time I put to use an old hand truck and came up with a cart to set the welder on. The hand truck was made of aluminum and I had to incorporate steel into the design. I already had the steel tubing and angle. The only expense I had was a piece of flat stock and the front caster wheels. All of my welding is done outdoors on gravel or grass and the cart rolls really well on both. If things change and I want to use gas I can modify the design to carry a bottle.

Even though the welds look okay I'm still fine tuning the settings and practicing on scrap.

I went to John Hobart auction in Troy Ohio. He was family and had the Hobart 190 in his shop.
