Humblebub is part of an elite motorcycle gang. Nobody's gonna screw with man on a British bike!

I love it, Fred

This camera works well also: The Tracker 2.0 with Infrared & Auto Tracking

View attachment 451909 30 times optical zoom. The road is 600 feet from the camera. The detail is incredible in the recorded data, unlike the not so great substream pictures I posted.

The camera follows you around and zooms in on your car automatically. Then the dogs get you, Then if you get past the dogs licking your face my wife will wack you over the head with one of those cast iron frying pans, then if you live through that she'll cook you bacon and eggs!

Regards, Fred

That's a serious piece of kit....... the -40C spec made sense once I saw a heater referenced. High-end industrial.

Unfortunately, outside my price range. Still need to find one of these threads from a year or so back..... somebody had a lower performance/cost product posted, that covered some of those features.

Rgds, D.

Anti-kick bars. These are added to doors to make the frame stronger and longer screws for the hinges.
Anti-smash film, you can buy it on ebay it makes it more difficult to smash in a window.
Dog, love our golden doodle. She is great with the family doesn't shed, but when her poodle kicks in shes a protector (Standard poodles were rated 9 out of the top ten watch dogs). Shes a big dog too (not an ankle biter).
Motion lights, harbor freight has them led solar powered light up the corners.
Leds around the house for instant on.
Game cameras. Get a few.
I heard of a product called the "Burgler Bomb" its a mace type product that will disperse in an area ie barn.

We also have a Goldendoodle. She is the sweetest dog and would not hurt a fly (she will sit and let the cat eat her food if I don't shoo him away), but she does have a very big bark. When anyone comes to the door, she sounds like she would rip you limb from limb, when all she really wants to do is have you throw the ball with her.

You cant beat a big dog for security. My 120 lb. German Shepherd has bionic hearing and alerts to anything within our fence or even outside it. His solid black with tan markings make him invisible in the dark so an intruder wouldn't see him coming. Unlike Eddie with his doggy doors, my dog can open all our doors by himself if we don't have them dead bolted and will get wild with anticipation barking before he opens the door himself and heads out. I don't have to worry about anyone or anything coming close to our house with him around. I also have lots of loaded guns should someone get past the dog which I would have no problem using on anyone breaking and entering.

I also have a very nosy neighbor who doesn't miss much of the coming and going around our corner of the world. A neighbor who watches closely is next best thing to having an active security system.

Did you know that to get the dog in the movie "Cujo" to attack the car, they just put all his dog toys inside it with the actors?

My current lab and aussie kind of spoil the act when they get done barking and jumping on newcomers when they roll over for a belly rub.

My old Akita would make a big noise, but was scared of anything bigger than her head and would go hide under the table. But it sounded impressive from the other side of the door.

The cattledog was serious about backing up his bark, and would try to take a piece out of anyone coming in uninvited. It's amazing how many salespeople had no clue and would go to open the door anyway. Sometimes I was half tempted to let them try...but I hate paperwork.

My garage was broken into years ago. They stole thousands of $ worth of tools.
I made a alarm from a motion sensing light to a battery charger to a car horn. Stuff I had laying around.
I was out of town on a day shortly after. My wife heard something and called the cops. She told them that someone had broken into our garage previously and thought they may have come back.

The one cop went in the garage and the alarm went off and scared the s..t out of the cop. He pulled his gun and pointed it every where. He came out of the garage very mad and shaking. The other cop told my wife he had never seen that cop that shook up and that mad.
