LBrown, I'm not sure about your distributor...
Hence the need for LBrown59 to call his local distributor. :)

LBrown, I'm not sure about your distributor but mine has single tank type trucks so you'd have to get his minimum of each type of fuel you wanted because it'd be different trucks.
Steve

Mine has a 3 tank "truck"..carrys gasoline and #1 and #2 all on the same truck. Dont know how many gallons it holds but its a BIG "sob".

They used to have a 350 gal limit but now its a 150 gal limit..forr some reason??

But as Mike stated...ya just have to call "your" distributor..and if unsatisified..might want to call MORE than just one...??

We always had a gas tank when I was growing up.
It was one of those tanks on a stand about 6 or 7 feet in the air.
It was cheaper to buy in bulk(2 or 3 hundred gallons at a time). When my parents started paying the same price that they would pay at the pump they decided that it wasn't worth it to maintain the tank anymore(paint it every couple years, replace the hose and shutoff valves,etc.).\

People who heat with oil have it made for getting cheaper fuel for their tractors.

They certainly don't "have it made" when it comes to heating their home though....

I COULD have that done here..but my tractor usage is so "small" its not worthwile to mess with a 55 gl drum..etc. HERE..#2 diesel (AG diesel) and #2 heating oil is "samo-samo".

THAT all depends on the HOME itself. !! FARRRRRR too many people ( builders especially) jusr REFUSE to insulate a house to "the max". They dont begin to think that the $200-400 they spend during construction ( for a LOT more insulation) will save them a BIG BUNCH downstream in heating oil costs.

Even TANK SIZE can mean additional savings! Fill fuel tank ( say a 250 gal model) in say september...and then get it re-filled or topped off again in say late Jan or Feb...EEEEE!!!!!! "X" price in september..."X PLUS A LOT MORE" in late Jan.

All the more reason not to pay the higher on road diesel prices to fuel their tractor.
Why pay an extra 30 to 50 cents a gallon for fuel that they already have?

I wouldn't fool with the 55 gal drum either - I'd just tap the home tank.
