Why would anyone want to add sulfur to diesel anyway. It is not the sulfur that provides lubricity. The lubricity is also removed when the sulfur is. Biodiesel has NO sulfur content yet provides far more lubricity material than dino diesel.
Just get some Howes, Power Service, or other reputable brand of diesel additive and put all your worries to bed about ULSD. These same fears, conspiricy theories, and wive's tales went around when the previous changes in sulfer content were done in the 90's.
Since I have an intimate dealing with this situation as a farmer and as an over the road truck driver, I have no worries. The only problem I forsee is distribution issues.
