Here is the rest of the converter. All parts were scrounged for free except the voltmeters and it looks like it. It is running unloaded in this picture and the votages are unbalanced some. I set the caps up to be a compromise between the 7 1/2hp and 5hp loads. I've used the 600 mfd of start caps to unstick a stuck air conditioner compressor.

there are really pretty easy to build
i havent build one but have worked on one
