Wasp and Hornet spray will get them subdued enough to step on them and capture them. Sprays 15' for a few seconds and takes a snake out! I have a derringer snake charmer 45/.410 and I use it but for skins, I use the spray. Try it. Oh but its $3.00 a snake.

I'd like to take that hornet spray thought a step further. Put a can within easy reach inside your car or house door. It's as effective as pepper spray and reaches a lot further. I have a can in my car door that I can even take into some of the more enlightened states and Canada, that have banned pepper spray. Never know when you might run into a nest of angry hornets!!

If it will kill a whole nest full of wasp or hornets at 15-20 feet, think what it would do to a carjacker from 2 feet. I'm sure it would change his mind.
