Home made loader

With a 12 hp 3 cyl diesel, my Kubota B4200 is not much bigger then a Lawn tractor. This is my homemade loader with 36 in wide bucket. I have seven hard years on it now.

Hi, I present my loader to Yanmar YM2000
This is my first front loader so please bear with us

Drew a little too big motors, for a lengthened time head sadly.
I used a cylinder to the bucket, but unfortunately the frame cross bar connecting the two branches began to bend, then wspawałem additional pipe and was about
I was very pleased with him, I think I made it more robustly than sold to us in Poland Allegro.pl - aukcje internetowe, bezpieczne zakupy for this type of tractor

Thought I'd add mine to the mix. Built it in the fall and will be removing, grinding and painting in the spring. Most important part of a GT loader is the subframe. Spread the stress out over the tractor and provide a good connection to the driving axle.
I've been moving mountains of snow and ice all winter and watching for issues with the tractor frame. All seems well with the exception of a few minor fluid leaks which will be addressed on the finishing.

I searched and searched for a FEL for my JD 955. I couldn't find one that didn't seem to be gold-plated, so I resigned myself to having to build my own. I bought the plans for a CADLoader model 1006 from CADPlans. As my luck would have it, I found a FEL for my tractor two days after the CADLoader plans arrived in my mail box. Since I don't need them anymore, I'd be willing to make someone a deal on the set of plans.

Built this one last winter and it came in useful with all the snow we are getting this winter. I'm working on a backhoe for it now.

I built mine last year from scratch, using ideas from this forum and others.Built a mockup out of 2x4's to get the angle on the arms right, then took it to the machine shop for the fabrication in steel.Haven't used it much till the last couple of days, moving crushed stone and regrading the alley out back.Works really slick so far and when I'm done with it I take it apart and hang it on the wall.I use electric actuators,2-18" for the arms, and two-12" on the bucket, controlled with solenoids and an arcade joystick.Lifts 400 lb easy enough.

Wish I could find more things to do with it,it's a blast to use :)

I'm working on mine right now. The tractor is a 15 hp (pto) satoh with front wheel assist. I got a complete loader setup from an old economy tractor in a horse trade. I literally have about 100 bucks in the whole setup and I had 95% of the materials. I'm getting ready to make cylinder mounts now. The lift cylinders are only 3"x 12". I want to get a longer stroke for more lift, but I'm a little broke right now being a new home owner and right after Christmas. What size cylinders do you all recommend? I plan on using the current lift cylinders for the bucket curl when I can afford new longer lift cylinders.

Here is a couple pics of mock up. Hopefully I cam move some snow and dirt soon.
